This is my story I am 35 years old and faced depression, anxiety and terrible panic attacks badly. the years 2020and 2021 were very difficult for me but now in 2022, I feel much better my mind and body learned how to respond to a panic attack. How I learned and how I am coping with this is the topic of discussion.

When the panic attack is at its peak spray cold water on your face I bet it will calm you down.  
Here are some lifestyle changes which helped me to reduce the occurrence and intensity of panic attacks.
Changes in food
  reduce caffeine intake.it was very hard for me I am a tea lover in the morning I was used to taking 3 cups of tea but then reducing it to half a cup Published from Blogger Prime Android App
My trick I take half a cup of tea and fill it with warm milk.  reduce intake of sugar and salt.

  sacrifice on chocolate.
  reduce the food with high sodium like ketchup and jams and mayonnaise.

Be more spiritual

   Try to be more spiritual. spend some time praying to God for your health.
  Do some charity it will bring happiness to you.
  spare some time for yourself try to sit calmly quietly and think and thank God he made me healthy.

Breathing techniques 
 These breathing techniques are my tried and tested ones
Take a deep breath through your nose hold it as much as you can and release it slowly through your mouth. this helps me during the peak of panic attacks.
Tip
During panic attacks give it a try to backward counting.it will play with your panicky thoughts. 
Massage
Panic attacks cause muscle stiffness to try to relax with a massage don't hesitate to ask for a massage from your kids or hubby or friends.
